I am a yoga teacher of almost a decade, traditionally trained in India, where I had the privilege of studying under esteemed masters who guided me in the deep philosophy and practices of yoga. My journey began with a deep passion for personal growth and a desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others. Over the years, I've cultivated a practice that integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga to help students achieve balance, mindfulness, and healing in their lives.
I teach a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, with a focus on breath awareness, alignment, and conscious movement. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just about physical postures, but also about creating a deeper connection with the self. I emphasize mindfulness, presence, and self-compassion in each class, guiding students to listen to their bodies and honor their individual journeys.
I also incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathwork) into my teachings, as I believe these practices are essential for cultivating inner peace and clarity. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering modifications and variations to suit all levels of experience.
With a nurturing and supportive teaching style, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where students can explore their potential, cultivate strength and flexibility, and experience the healing benefits of yoga. My ultimate goal is to inspire my students to carry the lessons of yoga beyond the mat and into their daily lives, empowering them to live with greater awareness, compassion, and authenticity.
