What is Abdominal Therapy?

Many reproductive and digestive issues stem from pelvic or abdominal congestion, which can lead to chronic disease is untreated. Abdominal therapy supports the body's natural healing by improving the five systems of flow- nerve conduction, arterial and venous blood flow, and lymphatic flow (NAVAL). This enhances balance, circulation, and the body\s self-healing abilities, allowing vital fluids and energy to nourish and repair organs. 

Who may benefit from Abdominal Therapy?

 Abdominal therapy can be beneficial for a variety of individuals, including those who suffer from specific health conditions or general discomfort in the abdominal region. 


Individuals with Digestive Issues:
People experiencing conditions like constipation, bloating, indigestion, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) may benefit from abdominal therapy, which can help stimulate digestion and relieve discomfort.


Post-Surgery Recovery:

What to expect during your 2 hour session

  • A consultation and review of your health story.
  • A head, neck and shoulder masssage to relieve tention and promote relaxation. 
  • An upper and lower abdominal massage to help improve circulation to the abdominal organs, clear lymphatic congestion and encourage optimal pelvic alignment.  
  • Instructions and assisted demonstration on how to perform YAM (your abdominal massage) which you're advised to do at home. 
  • Recommendations of  complementary modalities, diet and lifestyle  to support your health journey.
